Galaxy Electric Hospital Bed Control Box is designed for compatible electric and adjustable medical beds requiring reliable power and synchronized actuator control. With a 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz power input and 24V DC output, this control unit supports up to 4 actuator channels through 4-pin straight actuator connectors. The control box features a power indicator light and an 8-pin hand controller interface, allowing connection to a compatible wired hand control for convenient bed adjustment. It provides 52.2W rated output power and up to 72.5W working output power, with maximum standby power consumption of only 1W at 230V. Designed for healthcare and patient-care applications, the unit features synchronous drive operation and an IPX6-rated enclosure for improved protection against water exposure. The gray housing provides a practical finish for hospital and medical equipment installations. Suitable for compatible hospital beds, adjustable medical beds, patient-care beds, nursing beds, and healthcare equipment. The control box operates at +5°C to +40°C, with a storage temperature range of −10°C to +50°C and relative humidity of 20%–80% non-condensing. An earthing cable is available as an optional feature.
